To reserve your chosen date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge your understanding of our Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
Once you have paid your deposit, you are agreeing to go ahead with your chosen date and the exact quote given to you.
If for some reason you would like to cancel your booking the following conditions apply:
- For cancelation 12 months or further out from your booking, you will receive a full refund.
- For cancelation within 12 months of your booking, your 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- For cancelation 4 weeks or closer to your booking, you will be required to pay the full invoice amount.
Final payment of your invoice is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to your booking date.
In the unlikely event that your artist becomes unavailable to attend your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to replace your artist for you. In the case where this is not possible or if you would prefer to find another artist yourself, you will receive a full refund.
For bookings more than 20 km from Tauranga central, a travel fee of $1.04 per kilometre (round trip) per artist will apply, along with any necessary accommodation expenses. Please inform us if your booking is outside of Tauranga central so we can include these costs in your quote.
An additional $20 fee occurs for bridal previews booked over a weekend and an early morning fee occurs for any bookings that require us to start before 6am. This fee is worked out at $50 an hour per artist.
*An additional fee incurs for bride only and single service mobile bookings. This will be added to your quote upon enquiry.
All hair is styled from dry, so please make sure to turn up to your appointment with clean, dry hair for best results. Wet hair will incur an additional charge.
